How can HR leaders get managers to invest in employees’ well being when it comes to stress and exhaustion while keeping an eye on productivity? It seems now days that people are choosing to be overworked because they fear falling behind. Should companies enforce mandatory “off the grid” vacations so employees are not worried about work deadlines while taking time off? After all, we have created an environment where work over all things is rewarded. How can we find a happy medium?
