How about some good news on Friday!

In speaking about age discrimination being faced by many workers in the US and elsewhere around the world, we can become very pessimistic regarding the challenges we will most certainly face as we become aging workers. But some companies are already rolling out programs where older people can be given a chance to show how they too can make the workplace rock! Let’s hope more people in leadership take these type of examples and roll with them in their own companies.
