What can we do as HR people to fight against the DACA repeal

It is time for HR to take action and really take a stand on diversity.  With DACA being repealed, we as the face of our companies must make it clear that diversity is what has made this country great.

The 800,000 young people, who have been part of the American experience since they were kids, have taken a step forward and out of the darkness in order to fully contribute as upstanding members of society.  They are constantly working, as many other immigrant groups before them, to make their lives and their communities better.

Diversity is what drives innovation.  Diversity is what drives this nation forward.  Look around you and see how many different cultures are contributing to this American Dream.  We must take action and ensure we continue to help others so they in turn can help us become a better workforce and a better UNITED States of America.

Here is how you can begin to push back against policies that stifle growth and promote divisiveness amongst neighbors.  We are all in this together.  No matter what race, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic that makes us great as individuals and strong as a society.
